Your new subscription order has already been triggered? Then, for logistical reasons, it can no longer be stopped or cancelled. We're sorry about that. Please always pay attention to the announcement that we send out two days before a new order is triggered. After receiving the reminder, you still have 48 hours to make changes to your subscription.
Please note that changes to the subscription must be made at least 3 days before the next scheduled delivery date. This is because payment and activation of an order occurs 2 days before the next scheduled delivery date. An already activated order cannot be cancelled and refunded. If a package is refused, a refund is excluded according to our terms and conditions (point 6.4).
