If you refuse to accept your order, you will be in default of acceptance and a refund will not be possible in this case. Our dishes are prepared especially for you and therefore a cancellation or refund is not possible.

If you have legitimate reasons to refuse your order, we will review your case.

Please note that these exceptions vary from case to case. We recommend that you accept the shipments and contact our customer service with photographic evidence.
