For the sake of the environment, we send gift vouchers electronically by email. Please be patient while the voucher is sent. For technical reasons, it is only sent once your payment has been fully booked.
If you have not received it, please check your spam folder. This is because it is an electronically generated email, so it is sometimes classified as spam.
If you cannot find your voucher there, you can easily download it in your customer profile by logging in and having it resent with your previous orders. However, you are also welcome to leave us a short message and we will send it to you.
