Cancellation Policy at Every

As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract. You are considered a consumer if you conclude a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activities.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, provided it concerns non-perishable goods (e.g. merch products).

Attention: For frozen products, the right of withdrawal does not apply according to § 312g (2) No. 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Every GmbH, Paul-Lincke-Ufer 7C, 10999 Berlin, email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the withdrawal form, but this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
