Can I change the address after the order got triggered?Updated 4 months ago

Any changes to your order must be made in your account before the order is placed. If your new subscription order has already been placed and payment has been made, it is no longer possible to change the address.

Please always make sure to make changes in advance. The order is activated two days before the delivery date, i.e. the payment is made. So please make any changes you may need at least three days before the delivery date.

Change the address under Settings in the “delivery address” section and in the “account details”.

Attention: It is not possible to make a change directly through the carrier, either. However, you can use the tracking link to note, for example, delivery to a neighbour or to a preferred drop-off location.
