What happens if a meal is unavailable?


Sometimes, a meal may unexpectedly become unavailable. This happens because we produce fresh and on demand – which means that, in rare cases, your order may change slightly.

If a meal is sold out, we replace it with another one so that:

  1. You still receive the same number of meals and keep your quantity discount
  2. Your delivery is not delayed

We work hard to ensure that all meals remain available.

Occasional stock-outs can actually be a good sign:

  • High demand → The meal you chose is very popular
  • High quality standards → We only use premium ingredients; if they’re temporarily unavailable, production may be delayed
  • On-demand production → Fresh meals, no overstock, and no unnecessary overproduction

If you prefer not to receive a replacement, you can swap the meal for another one or remove it from your subscription altogether.


What do the labels mean?

🟡 Low in Stock

This label appears when a meal may soon sell out.

The meal is still available and may be included in your next delivery. You can still adjust the quantity.

Please note: We cannot guarantee that there will be enough stock for your upcoming order. If the meal sells out, we’ll replace it with a suitable alternative. If you prefer not to receive a replacement, you can swap or remove the meal in your account.


🔴 Leaving Soon

This label indicates that a meal will soon be permanently removed from our menu.

Stock is limited and the meal might sell out before your next delivery. If you’d like to enjoy it again, schedule your next delivery soon.

Please note: We cannot guarantee that the meal will still be available. If it sells out, it will automatically be replaced with another meal unless you make changes in your account.


Back Soon

This label appears when a meal is temporarily unavailable. The meal is currently sold out but will return soon. Once it’s back in stock, you can add it to your next delivery again.
