How do I prepare my every meals?Updated an hour ago
Our meals are easy to prepare and often ready in under 10 minutes. Even without cooking experience or talent, you'll be able to prepare our dishes quickly and easily.
In a pan (recommended)
Place the frozen contents of your every bowl in a preheated pan. Now heat everything over high heat for about 8–10 minutes until all ingredients are cooked through. Depending on the dish, the time may vary slightly. You can find all the information on the respective packaging. If necessary, add a little water to speed up the cooking process. Stir occasionally to ensure even frying and to avoid burning. You can season your dish as you like.
In the microwave
Pour the frozen contents into a microwave-safe container and heat for 7-8 minutes at 800 W. Stir occasionally.
In the Airfryer
Place the frozen contents of your every Bowl in a suitable container. Set the heat to medium-high and warm the dish for about 8–12 minutes, depending on the recipe. Stir every 3–4 minutes to ensure the ingredients cook evenly and don’t burn. If the standard preparation calls for adding water, use slightly less in the Airfryer. Cooking times may vary depending on the dish. For pasta, for example, take extra care to prevent it from burning.
