How can I use my points of vouchers I got in return for spending points?Updated 5 months ago

Before you redeem a voucher, check the conditions that apply to this code (minimum order value, validity, valid for subscriptions or individual orders, etc.). All our vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers, gift cards, discounts or promotions.

The same applies when redeeming a voucher that you have redeemed with points. You cannot retrospectively apply the voucher to your orders.

To redeem your loyalty points, please log in to your account first. To do so, click on Login on the website, then enter the email address associated with your subscription and you will receive a one-time password by email that you can then enter in the field provided on the site. Please note that the one-time password is only valid for 15 minutes.

After logging in, click on Loyalty Program in the menu. Scroll down to see an overview of the vouchers and rewards available for your points. Select “Redeem points” under the voucher or reward you want. 

If you have selected a voucher, copy the code displayed, then click on “My Subscription” and scroll down a little. You will find the field for the code there. Enter it there and click on “Redeem code”. The discount will then automatically be applied to the next charge.

It is currently not possible to add rewards as one-time add-ons to the subscription and use the code for this. So if you want to redeem your points for a reward, select “Redeem points” under the desired reward and please send us an email to [email protected] and tell us the code. We will then add this to your subscription together with the reward for the next delivery.
