You still have enough products in the freezer, you won't be there for a while, or you just want to skip a period? Then you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months.
To pause your subscription, log in to your account, go to "Subscription settings", then "Subscription status" and there you will find the pause option. You can then decide how long you want to pause your subscription before it reactivates.
You will receive a notification in time before your subscription is reactivated.
A paused or cancelled subscription can be reactivated at any time. If our system recognizes that a subscription already existed under the email address, you will not be able to use it to place a new order or start another subscription. No new order can be placed without an active subscription.
Please note that orders that have already been triggered remain unaffected by the suspension of the subscription.
