Voucher codes

Please note that each voucher code can only be used once. The following applies to vouchers from promotions in our newsletters, magazines, etc.:

• Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order. However, vouchers can be used in combination with an amount from a gift card.
• Please check the expiry date of your voucher code.
• Certain voucher codes cannot be used to purchase discounted items.
• Voucher codes can only be valid for certain products and categories.
• Voucher codes may have a minimum order value.

Gift cards

• Gift cards are valid for a limited period of five years from the date of purchase.
• After ordering, any remaining balance will remain on your gift card.
• The total amount of the gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
• For technical reasons, gift cards cannot currently be applied to existing subscriptions. If you need to use a gift card, please email us at [email protected], provide us with the code from your gift card, and we will issue you a discount code that is also valid for your subscription.
