Do you offer meals for people with special dietary needs?Updated 5 months ago
At the moment, we don't offer any specific products (or plans) for this. But we have this in mind and are already working on something new – so check our website from time to time.
For example, we cannot recommend our dishes to people with celiac disease. Although we have dishes that are gluten-free, cross-contamination cannot be completely ruled out. The same applies to all allergens, including nuts.
The topic of histamine, for example, is also quite complex because there is no legal food classification for when a food is low in histamine. Our products are all plant-based. Vegan foods are recommended in a low-histamine diet, but there are exceptions, such as soy sauce, bananas, pineapples, spinach, tomatoes, citrus fruits and soy.
The best way to find out how sensitive you are to histamine is to observe your eating habits, as the tolerated amount can also vary from person to person and depend on other factors.
We want to be very careful with strong health claims and therefore cannot make any recommendations for specific products. We therefore advise you to check the list of ingredients of individual dishes. To do this, go to the respective product in the shop and scroll down to where you will find information on the ingredients and nutritional values. You are also welcome to talk to your trusted doctor about this.
