Yes. The meals can be stored in the refrigerator (approx. 3-7 °C) for 4-5 days before they are consumed. We recommend transferring the meals that are delivered in boxes to a Tupperware container or a similar container. Meals in bags do not have to be transferred. This is the best way to ensure that the meals retain their flavour and stay fresh.

Do not refreeze meals that have been thawed. This can affect the flavour and nutritional value.
